- Service data: when you become a client, the compliance documents, credentials, and account access you share so we can perform the work.

- To respond to your enquiry and provide your free Bid-Readiness Scorecard.
- To deliver the compliance, documentation, and bidding services you engage us for.
- To communicate with you about your account and our services.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers that help us operate (scheduling, form-delivery, hosting) or where required by law.
3. Client credentials & confidentiality
If you engage our services, we handle any platform logins, insurance documents, and compliance records with strict confidentiality. We access only what is necessary to perform the work, use secure connections, and never share your data with other clients or third parties except as needed to deliver the service.
4. Scheduling & third-party tools
Bookings are handled by Calendly, and calls may take place over Google Meet or Zoom, under their own privacy policies.
5. Legal basis (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/UK, we process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and delivering services. You may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Data retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as necessary to respond and maintain business records. Client service data is retained for the duration of our engagement and any period required by law, after which it is securely deleted.

Our own site does not use tracking or advertising cookies; our analytics are cookieless. Third-party tools such as the scheduling widget may set their own cookies.
